"We went to a parenting seminar today. Honestly, I dreaded the idea of spending 5 hours learning how to be a parent. It truly was the best thing I have ever done. It was AMAZING to learn the new techniques we learned. It put an entirely new perspective on parenting for my husband and I. God really blessed us today with the gift of introducing us to Boomer Roland. If you are struggling with your children, Parent the Heart will change your life in 5 short hours." - Amanda M, Decatur, IN via Facebook

Parenting a child's heart is a new concept for many parents. By hosting a LIVE seminar you give parents a jump start in their learning. Whether you choose a one-day event or get creative with the calendar, you'll give parents the skills they need to succeed.

"I found this SO helpful. Thank you for not coming off condemning. I feel encouraged and excited to take steps in the correct direction. Thank you! " -Heidi M

What is Covered?

Parents admit the number one source of frustration when working with their children is kids not following instructions, not finishing a task or having a bad attitude. So that's where we begin. We teach parents the steps to increasing cooperation through clear instructions. Parents also learn the skills their children need to receive those instructions.

Secondly we discuss the purpose of discipline and correction. Parents leave with a whole toolbox of consequences and encouragement to creatively use the right tool to match the need of the moment.

Finally we explore what real heart change entails. There are six steps to what the Bible calls repentance. Parents will go home ready to help their child explore the process.

"I loved the simple, clear, direct approach to outlining the key points. The engaging, personal presentation style included humor and relatable experiences. Thank you!" -Nicole M. from Papillion, NE
